To start, gather your ingredients: one large fish fillet, two tablespoons of butter, one tablespoon of olive oil, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of paprika, one teaspoon of dried parsley, one teaspoon of dried oregano, and one teaspoon of lemon juice.

Next, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add the butter and olive oil. Once the butter is melted, add the fish fillet and season with garlic powder, paprika, parsley, oregano, and lemon juice. Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping the fillet halfway through.

Once the fish is cooked through, remove it from the skillet and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is golden and cooked through. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
