– 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– ¼ teaspoon baking soda
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened

– 4 large eggs
– 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
– 1 cup whole milk
