Tasty and Healthy Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon-Butter Sauce: A Family Favorite Recipe

Fish recipes have been some of our family’s favorites for years. We love our fish recipes, and it’s always a treat when we can enjoy them together.

My best food recipe is for pan-seared salmon with a lemon-butter sauce. It’s a simple recipe that only requires a few ingredients and takes about thirty minutes to make.

First, season the salmon filet with salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon. Cook it for about three minutes per side until it’s golden-brown and crispy.

Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt some butter and add the juice of one lemon along with some garlic and fresh herbs. Simmer the sauce for about five minutes until it thickens.

To serve, place the salmon on a plate and top it with the lemon-butter sauce. Enjoy!
