– 1/2 cup of red wine
– 1/2 cup of beef stock
– 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic, and cook until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
