Ingredients:
-1 lb ground beef
-1 onion, chopped
-1 red bell pepper, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tsp chili powder
-1 tsp ground cumin
-1 tsp dried oregano
-2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
-1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
-1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
-1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
-1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook until vegetables are tender.
