To make this delicious dish, you’ll need: 4-5 fillets of white fish, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 large onion (diced), 2 cloves of garlic (minced), 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 2 tablespoons of white wine, 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
First, heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and fry until softened. Add the tomato paste and paprika and cook for a few minutes.
Next, add the white wine and the fish fillets. Fry for a few minutes and then add the water and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
