My best food recipe is one that will bring a smile to your face and a sense of satisfaction to your stomach: our Fish Recipes! This delicious and healthy dish is sure to be a hit among family and friends.

To begin, marinate your fish of choice with a blend of lemon, garlic and olive oil. Allow it to sit for 1 hour to absorb the flavors. After the fish has marinated, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Place the fish in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.

While the fish is cooking, prepare the sides. Slice 2 tomatoes and 1 onion for a light salad. For a heartier side dish, roast 1 head of cauliflower in a preheated oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
