This delicious fish recipe is one of my favorite seafood recipes. It’s so easy to make and the flavor is absolutely delicious!
I like to start by getting my fish ready. I choose a nice white fish, like cod or haddock, cut it into small fillets, and season it with salt and pepper. Then, I heat a large skillet with some olive oil and place the fish fillets in the pan.
I let the fish cook for a few minutes on each side until it has a nice golden-brown color. Once the fish is cooked, I remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
In the same pan, I add some sliced garlic and fresh herbs like thyme and rosemary. I also add some white wine, which adds to the flavor. Then, I add a few slices of lemon and let it all simmer for a few minutes.
Once the sauce is nice and thick, I add the cooked fish back to the pan and let it sit for about 5 minutes. I finish off the dish with a few slices of lemon and some fresh parsley.
My fish recipe is ready to be served! It’s always a hit with my family and friends. The white fish is cooked to perfection and the flavorful sauce adds the perfect touch. Enjoy!
