One of my favorite food recipes is our family’s fish recipe. It’s a dish that’s been passed down for generations and is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
To make our fish recipe, you’ll need fresh fish fillets, olive oil, butter, garlic, fresh herbs like thyme and parsley, lemon juice, and some white wine. Start by heating the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the butter and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then add the fish fillets, and season with the herbs, salt, and pepper.
Next, pour the lemon juice and white wine over the fish and cook until the fish is almost cooked through. Reduce the heat and add more butter, stirring to create a creamy sauce. Finally, garnish with extra herbs and lemon slices.
