A savory aroma drifts through the kitchen as I prepare our family’s favorite fish recipe. It always puts a smile on everyone’s face and is a tasty treat enjoyed by all.
I start by prepping the fish. After giving it a thorough rinse, I pat it dry and season it with salt, pepper, and a hint of garlic. Then I lightly coat the fillet in flour, giving it a light, crispy edge.
Next, I heat a pan with a generous amount of olive oil. Once it’s hot, I carefully place the fish in the pan and let it sizzle and fry until it’s golden brown.
Once the fish is cooked through, I remove it from the pan and place it on a plate with some freshly chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
