My fish recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for seafood lovers. It’s packed with flavor, and is sure to make your mouth water.
To make my scrumptious fish recipe, you’ll need fresh, white-fleshed fish. I like to go with either halibut or cod, but any mild-flavored white fish will do. Next, you’ll need some butter and olive oil to sauté the fish.
To start, place the fish in a shallow dish and season it with salt and pepper. Then, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil. Once the butter is melted, add the fish to the pan and cook each side for about three minutes.
Once the fish is cooked through, remove it from the skillet and set it aside. In the same skillet, add a tablespoon of butter and a handful of chopped onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent, about two minutes.
Add a half-cup of white wine to the skillet and bring to a low simmer. Return the fish to the skillet and cook for an additional five minutes. Finally, add a tablespoon of butter, a handful of chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Serve this delicious fish recipe with a side of steamed vegetables and a light salad. Enjoy!
