-1 onion, diced
-3 cloves of garlic, minced
-1 red bell pepper, diced
-1 green bell pepper, diced

-1 teaspoon of paprika
-1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
-1/2 teaspoon of oregano
-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
