Ingredients:
-1 pound penne pasta
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 onion, diced

-1/2 cup vodka
-1 (15-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne and cook according to package directions. Drain the pasta and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and red pepper flakes, and cook until the garlic is fragrant and the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the vodka and simmer until it is reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
