What’s for dinner tonight? Let me tell you: it’s one of my favorite seafood recipes, a flavorful fish recipe that never fails to make my taste buds dance with joy!
The recipe is simple but the result is delicious. First, you’ll need some fresh fish fillets. I like to use white flaky fish, such as cod, tilapia, or orange roughy. Place the fish fillets on a greased baking sheet, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then, spread a thin layer of butter over the top of the fillets. Finally, top the fish with a light sprinkle of breadcrumbs.
Pop the baking sheet into a preheated oven and bake the fish at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. When the fish is done, it should be golden brown and crispy on top.
Serve your delicious fish with a side of steamed vegetables or some roasted potatoes. Enjoy!
