When we think of food recipes, our minds often wander to the delicious and delightful meals we can create and share with family and friends. One of our favorite fish recipes is sure to please the palate and bring smiles to everyone’s faces. This recipe is my best food recipe, and it’s sure to become one of your favorites too!
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and lightly oiling a baking dish. Next, gather up your ingredients, which include one pound of your favorite fish fillets. For this recipe, I like to use either salmon or tilapia. Place the fillets in the baking dish and top them with lemon slices and a sprinkle of fresh thyme. Then add a tablespoon of butter and two tablespoons of white wine. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
When the fish is cooked through, remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Top the fillets with a mixture of diced tomatoes, garlic, and parsley. Then finish off the dish with a drizzle of olive oil and some freshly cracked black pepper.
