My fish recipe is a wonderful seafood treat that is sure to bring a smile to your face! It’s easy to prepare, full of flavor, and perfect for a dinner with friends or family.
To begin, you’ll want to choose a type of fish that you enjoy. I usually like to use either tilapia or cod, but any nice white fish will work. Once you have your fish, season it with salt and pepper. Then, heat some vegetable oil in a pan and place the fish in the pan. Cook for around 10 minutes, flipping the fish over halfway through.
When the fish is cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside. Then, in the same pan, add some diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Saute until the vegetables are tender, then add in some white wine and a few tablespoons of butter. Stir to combine, and then add your cooked fish back into the pan. Allow the fish to heat up for a few minutes, and then add some freshly chopped parsley.
Serve your fish with a side of vegetable rice and a garnish of lemon wedges. Enjoy!
