Fish is one of our all-time favorite meals! It’s healthy, flavorful, and easy to make. That’s why today, we’re going to share our best fish recipe with you.

Start off by preheating your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Next, in a shallow bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

In a second shallow bowl, mix 1/2 cup of Panko breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt.

Now, take your desired fish fillets and dredge them in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Dip the fillets in a beaten egg, and then coat them in the Panko mixture. Place the fillets on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake the fish for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is lightly golden brown and cooked through. Serve with a side of your favorite sauce and a light salad for a delicious meal.
