My family and I have been making our favorite fish recipe for years and it always puts a smile on everyone’s face. We start by preparing the ingredients: a fillet of white fish, a handful of garlic cloves, some cherry tomatoes, a lemon, a few tablespoons of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
The first step is to preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Next, we line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the garlic cloves and cherry tomatoes on it. Then, we place the fish fillet on top, drizzle it with olive oil, squeeze the lemon over it, and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
We then place the baking sheet in the oven and let it bake for 15 minutes. Once the fish is cooked through, we take it out and let it cool.
To serve, we arrange the fish on a plate and top it with the roasted garlic and tomatoes. The combination of the buttery fish, garlicky tomatoes, and tart lemon juice is out of this world.
