I start by cutting the fish into chunks, marinating it in a mixture of garlic, ginger, and other spices. After marinating for about an hour, I add the fish to a hot skillet with some oil and sauté it until it is nicely browned. Then I add in some diced onions and carrots, and let them cook until they are softened. Finally, I add some chicken broth, and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes.
When it’s all finished, the aroma of the dish is enough to make your mouth water! The fish is tender and juicy, and the vegetables are cooked just the way I like them. This is a recipe that my family and I have been making for years, and it never fails to please!
