When I think of my favorite food recipe, I get so excited! It’s a recipe for our delicious fish dish that never fails to put a smile on my face.
The recipe requires a few simple ingredients, which are easily found at any grocery store. You’ll need two fillets of white fish, a cup of diced tomatoes, half a cup of diced onion, some minced garlic, two tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
To prepare the meal, start by heating the olive oil in a pan. Once hot, add the onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes until they start to turn golden. Then add the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and salt. Cook for a few more minutes and then add the two fillets of fish. Cook for three to four minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through.
When you’re done cooking, the fish should be golden brown on the outside and flaky on the inside. Serve it with a side of rice or potatoes and a green vegetable of your choice.
