Ingredients:
-1 to 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
-2 cloves of minced garlic
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-1 teaspoon of oregano
-1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper (optional)
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
-1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add chicken, garlic, salt and pepper to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned.
4. Remove chicken from skillet and place in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
5. Pour marinara sauce over chicken and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle oregano and crushed red pepper over the marinara sauce.
7. Bake for 25 minutes.
