Welcome to our family’s delicious fish recipe! This is one of our favorite food recipes and it is sure to tantalize your taste buds!

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Next, take two filets of salmon and season them with your favorite herbs and spices. Place the salmon filets on a greased baking sheet and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of diced onion, 1/4 cup of chopped celery, and 1/4 cup of diced carrots. Add in 1/4 cup of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of white wine, stirring until blended.

Pour the vegetable mixture over the salmon and place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve with a side of brown rice and a fresh salad for a delicious and nutritious meal!
