My fish recipe is one of my favorite seafood recipes. It’s a delicious and simple recipe that is sure to please!
The base of the recipe is fresh fish – any type will do, but I usually go for a white fish like cod or halibut. I start by cleaning and patting the fish dry with a paper towel. Then I season it with salt and pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder.
Next, I heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, I place the fish in the pan and cook it until it’s golden brown. Then I flip the fish over to cook the other side.
Once the fish is cooked through, I remove it from the heat and place it on a plate. I like to top it with a dollop of butter and a squeeze of lemon juice for a bit of extra flavor.
My favorite part about this recipe is that it only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to make – perfect for a quick and easy dinner. Serve it with a side of your favorite veggies or a salad and you have a delicious and nutritious meal!
