– 2 cloves of garlic, minced

– 1 bell pepper, diced

– 1 can (14.5 oz) of diced tomatoes
– 1 can (15 oz) of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
– 1 teaspoon of chili powder
– 1 teaspoon of cumin
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1/2 cup of water
– 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper and cook, stirring often, until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and water and stir to combine.
