I start by coating the fish fillets in a mix of flour, garlic powder, and paprika. Then I heat up a skillet with butter and olive oil and fry the fish until it’s golden brown and crispy. The fish has a beautiful crispy crust that gives way to a succulent and juicy center. I like to serve it with a side of vegetables like green beans or asparagus and a tangy lemon-garlic aioli. The bright, citrusy aioli complements the crispy fish perfectly. I like to add some freshly chopped parsley to the plate for a bit of color.
