-1/2 cup white wine
-1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
-1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

4. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

6. Add the white wine and lemon juice to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced by half.

7. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
