My mouth is watering just thinking about our delicious fish recipe! This is one of my absolute best food recipes and I can’t wait to share it with you.
Start by preparing your ingredients. You will need a pound of fresh fish, two tablespoons of olive oil, a tablespoon of garlic, half a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of ground black pepper, one teaspoon of dried oregano, and a quarter cup of white wine.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about a minute. Add the fish and cook for about three minutes on each side.
Once the fish is cooked, add the salt, pepper, oregano, and white wine. Simmer for about five minutes until the white wine reduces.
Remove the fish from the heat and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
