This recipe is simple and bursting with flavor. You’ll need 4 fresh fish fillets (any kind of fish will work), 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of white wine, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of capers, 1/2 cup of parsley, 1 lemon, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
Start by preheating your oven to 375°F. Place the fish fillets on an oven-safe baking dish and season with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, white wine, garlic, capers, and parsley. Pour the mixture over the fish fillets and top with slices of lemon.
