We begin with a fresh piece of whitefish. We season it with a blend of garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Then we take a small skillet and heat it over medium heat. We add some olive oil and place the seasoned fish into the pan. We cook the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it’s golden brown and cooked through.
