This dish is easy to make and requires very few ingredients. You’ll need four whitefish fillets, two tablespoons of olive oil, two cloves of garlic, and some freshly ground black pepper.
First, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Then add the garlic and sauté until it’s fragrant and lightly browned. Next, add the fish fillets to the pan and season them with black pepper. Cook the fish until it’s golden brown and cooked through.
Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside. In the same skillet, add a splash of white wine and scrape up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Let the wine simmer and reduce for a couple of minutes.
Now, return the fish to the skillet and spoon the reduced wine sauce over the fish. Sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley over the top and serve.
