I’m so excited to share this amazing fish recipe with you! This recipe is one of my absolute favorites and I’m sure it will soon become one of yours too!
The star of this recipe is the fish, so make sure you choose a good quality fish. I like to use salmon for this recipe since it has a nice, mild flavor that can be enhanced with the other ingredients.
Once you have your fish, it’s time for the marinade. For the marinade I like to combine a few tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of my favorite herbs. This marinade will ensure that the fish is incredibly flavorful.
Once the marinade is ready, place the fish in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let the fish sit in the marinade for at least an hour, but up to overnight. This will help the flavors really penetrate the fish.
When you’re ready to cook, preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Place the fish in a greased baking dish, pour the marinade over the fish, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. The fish should be cooked through and lightly browned on top.
