Welcome to our family’s favorite fish recipe! This is the best food recipe we’ve ever had and it always leaves us with a smile on our faces.
We start with a whole fish, usually a trout. We then stuff it with a mixture of fresh herbs, like oregano, parsley and thyme, and a generous amount of garlic. We then season the fish with salt and pepper, and drizzle a bit of olive oil on top.
Next, we wrap the fish in foil and place it in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. As the fish cooks, the aroma of the herbs and garlic fills the kitchen with an amazing smell that can’t be beat.
When the fish is done cooking, we carefully unwrap the foil and take it out of the oven. The fish is perfectly cooked and the herbs and garlic have created a flavorful crust that you won’t be able to resist.
We then serve the fish with rice or potatoes and a side of steamed vegetables. The combination of flavors is truly a feast for the senses.
