Welcome to our kitchen! Today we are going to share one of our all-time favorite fish recipes. This is the one that we make most often and is always a hit with our family and friends.
We start by preheating the oven to 350°F. Then, we prepare the fish. We take a whole fillet of white fish (like cod or haddock) and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. We season it with salt, pepper, and a few dashes of lemon juice. We sprinkle some fresh chopped parsley on top for some extra flavor.
Next, we make the breadcrumb topping. We mix together some panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. We spread this mixture over the top of the fish.
Finally, we bake the fish in the oven for about 20 minutes, until it is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
