To start, you’ll need 1-2 lbs of white fish, such as cod, halibut, or tilapia. You’ll also need 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and some seasonings of your choice.
Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and any other seasoning you prefer. Melt the butter and olive oil together in a small saucepan and pour over the fish.
Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 15 minutes. The fish should be cooked through and lightly browned when it’s done. Serve with your favorite sides or a nice salad.
