Welcome to the wonderful world of food recipes! Today, we’re going to explore one of my favorite recipes: our fish recipes.

To start, you’ll need some fresh fish. I recommend using a whitefish, such as cod or haddock. To add some flavor and texture, you’ll also need some lemon, garlic, and herbs. Make sure to cut the lemon into thin slices and mince the garlic. You can use fresh herbs like thyme, parsley, oregano, and rosemary, or you can use dried herbs.

To begin cooking, heat a large skillet on medium-high heat. Once it’s hot, add a tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and let it heat up. Place the fish fillets in the pan and cook for about five minutes. Then, flip the fillets and cook for an additional five minutes or until the fish is cooked through.

Once the fish is cooked, take it off the heat, and add the lemon slices, garlic, and herbs. Let it sit for a few minutes and then serve with your favorite sides.
