-1 pound ground turkey
-1 onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 bell pepper, diced
-1 teaspoon of paprika
-1 teaspoon of chili powder
-1 teaspoon of cumin
-1 cup of cooked brown rice
-1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
-1 can of diced tomatoes, drained
-1/2 cup of corn
-1/2 cup of salsa
-1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped
-1/4 cup of diced jalapeno peppers
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground turkey. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring to break up the meat.

2. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

3. Add the paprika, chili powder, and cumin and stir to combine.
